Summary of Updated Subscription Terms and Conditions and Halo Care Terms and Conditions

Below is a summary of changes that will go into effect on or about December 6, 2023.

A “Subscription Plan” will now consist of the following: number of collars on your plan, membership tier (Bronze, Silver or Gold), billing cycle, and optional Halo Care coverage.

New Annual and Biennial Subscription Plan billing cycle:

  • We will offer a new annual Subscription Plan option: pay for 1 year upfront at a discounted rate (non-refundable, auto-renewing every year).
  • We will offer a new biennial Subscription Plan option: pay for 2 years upfront at a discounted rate (non-refundable, auto-renewing every 2 years).

New Terms on Changes to Timing of Billing Cycle for Subscription Plan:

  • If you change your Subscription Plan to a shorter billing cycle (from biennial to annual OR biennial/annual to monthly), your current Subscription Plan will remain in effect until the end of the current billing cycle at which point the shorter billing cycle will begin. This applies to your entire Plan, including Halo Care. Your Plan will then renew on this date automatically according to your new term.
  • If you change your Subscription Plan to a longer billing cycle, you will be invoiced immediately for the new billing period, net of a credit for the remaining time on your current billing period. Your Plan will then renew on this date every 12 months for an annual plan or every 24 months for a biennial plan.

New Terms for Subscription Plan Cancellations or Downgrades:

  • If you maintain your current monthly Subscription Plan, you may only cancel or downgrade your Subscription Plan at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
  • If you enroll in an annual or biennial Subscription Plan, you may only cancel or downgrade your Subscription Plan at the end of your annual or biennial billing cycle.
  • If you upgrade your Subscription Plan, you will be invoiced immediately for the price difference between the plans for the remainder of the billing cycle and enjoy the new membership benefits immediately.  Your upgraded Plan will auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle at the new price.

New Terms for Halo Care coverage:

  • If you redeem Halo Care for a replacement Halo Collar, you will no longer need to enroll the replacement Halo Collar in Halo Care.  It will be covered automatically as long as you maintain Halo Care coverage on your Plan.
  • If you have Halo Care coverage today, then Halo Care will automatically apply to all collars on your account at no extra cost. However, if you make any change to your Plan and elect to maintain Halo Care coverage, your invoice will include the cost of Halo Care for the full quantity of collars on your Plan.
  • Halo Care coverage may only be canceled at the end of your selected billing cycle.

If you wish to make changes to your monthly Subscription Plan before the new terms go into effect, you may do so at this time. Otherwise, the updated Terms and Conditions will apply to your plan. Please review the updated Terms and Conditions when they are posted on or around November 6, 2023.
