RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing the Halo Collar. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason during your first 30 days after you receive it, you may return it to us according to the terms outlined below.

 

REFUNDS BEFORE YOUR COLLAR HAS SHIPPED:

You are able to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund at any time before your collar has been shipped to you. To do this, please go to our billing dashboard and have your email address used to place the order and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to place the order available. You will receive an email to access your order information and place a refund request with us. Once we have verified that your order has not shipped, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

 

RETURNS AFTER YOUR COLLAR HAS SHIPPED:

All returns must have been purchased through www.halocollar.com and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before return and returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the collar and in all circumstances not more than forty-five (45) days after shipment date from us.

Requesting RMA: Please contact us at support@halocollar.com to request an RMA. To expedite your request, please include at least two (2) clear pictures of your Halo Collar Unit – one of the front with the logo and one of the back that shows the Serial Number and QR code. Return shipping instructions, return address and a prepaid label will be provided by Halo Collar via email. Please allow 2-3 business days for the RMA to be issued. We are not responsible for returned goods sent without an RMA.

RETURN SITUATION (within 30 days of purchase): RETURN FEES (upon receipt by Halo Collar):
NEW, Unopened Box (shipping seal intact, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation) For unused items with all tags and parts included in original condition, there will be a $25 fee per collar deducted from your return which includes return shipping to us.
NEW, Opened Box (unused, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation) For unused items with all tags and parts included in original condition, there will be a $40 fee per collar deducted from your return which includes return shipping, and restocking fees.
USED, All Parts / Missing Parts For used Halo Collars that are returned undamaged, there will be a $79 fee per collar deducted from your return which includes return shipping, and restocking fees.

Missing parts are limited to: strap, prongs, beacon, charging block and charging cord. If the Halo Collar unit itself has been damaged, please contact us directly to determine eligibility for return within 30 days of purchase.

Halo Collar is sole determinant of whether or not a collar has been used or not.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return per the return information located here and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. You will be credited for your purchase price less the return fee specified. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customer-damaged goods or altered goods
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear
