National Take Your Dog to Work Day Sweepstakes

- Eligibility:
The National Take Your Dog to Work Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Halo (“Sponsor”), and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
- Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 7:00 AM EST and ends on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 12:01AM EST (“Sweepstakes Period”).
- How to Enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must submit their story, along with a video or photo showcasing how they safely bring their dog to work with Halo. Entries can be submitted through content@halocollar.com. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified.
- Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive three (3) free months of Gold Pack Membership to Halo and Halo swag. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $200. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Winner Selection and Notification:
The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted within seven days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via email within 10 days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within seven days or fails to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Publicity Release:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, video, photo, and/or biographical information for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law.
- General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Sweepstakes Rules.
- Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury, death, or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Participants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
- Governing Law and Venue:
The Sweepstakes and these Official Sweepstakes Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
- Privacy:
Any personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
