The Charging Kit comes with a USB C Wall Plug, as well as a USB C to USB C Cable (plus a Magnetic Adaptor for the Halo Collar 3). Make sure your Halo Collar charging port is clean and dry prior to charging. Use only USB C cables, wall plugs and adaptors from Halo to avoid damaging your collar.
